Shipping & Returns
Domestic/Australian Shipping
All Litle Forest Folk orders are shipped via Australia Post. We dispatch parcels on weekdays, with daily collection between 12pm – 1pm.
Delivery time frames will vary depending on your location within Australia.
Every order includes tracking, and your tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel is on the way.
Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control. Little Forest Folk cannot be held responsible for any postage delays, or for any loss or damage that occurs in transit. If you experience a delivery issue, please get in touch — we’re happy to assist you in working with Australia Post to resolve the matter.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup from our Little Forest Folk studio in Maffra, Victoria.
At checkout, simply select Local Pickup as your delivery option.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email to arrange a suitable pickup time. Please wait for confirmation before heading our way, as pickups are available by appointment only.
Kindly ensure your order confirmation is ready to show at collection — either printed or on your phone. Orders must be collected within 14 days unless previously arranged with us.

We do not currently offer returns or refunds for change of mind, or if incorrect information was provided at checkout.
If there is an issue with your order on arrival — including damaged items or if something seems different from what was described on our website — please contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel. We will happily assess the situation and organise a replacement or refund where appropriate
